Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

From time-to-time OHM Group Limited run social media giveaways.  By entering this promotion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 1. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to residents of the UK (Excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

2. entry requirements

• To enter, participants must complete all required actions as specified in the competition post.
• Typical entry requirements include (but not limited to): liking the competition post, saving the post, commenting, and following:
  • TikTok @my.ohm.official 
  • Instagram @my.ohm.official

3. entry limitations

• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified in the competition post.
• Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified. 

4. promotion period

• The promotion period will be clearly stated in the competition post. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be eligible.

5. content standards

• Entries or comments that contain inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant language or themes will be disqualified.
• Entries that do not meet the required actions outlined in the competition post will also be ineligible.

6. winner selection

• Unless stated, one winner will be selected at random by OHM or its designated partners from all eligible entries received by the competition closing date.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

7. winner notification 

• The winner will be notified via a comment on the competition post and/or through a direct message from the official @my.ohm.official relevant social media account.
• Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.

8. prize details

• The prize will be clearly outlined in the competition post and will be awarded to the selected winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
• OHM reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value and/or specification if necessary.

9. prize fulfilment

• The Promoter will aim to deliver prizes within 2 working days of the winner confirming their acceptance.
• If the winner fails to respond by the specified deadline, 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

 10. liability

• OHM accepts no responsibility for any technical errors, incomplete entries, or issues beyond its control that may affect the promotion.
•   No Cash Alternative: The offered prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
• By entering, participants release Instagram and TikTok from any liability associated with this promotion.

 11. amendments and cancellation

• OHM reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond its control.

•        By entering our competitions, you are giving OHM permission to use your social handles and name in our promotional material and posts on all social media platforms.

 14. governing law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
