Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through our licenced website and our official Amazon, eBay and TikTok accounts.  3rd Party retailers and bound by their own terms and conditions.  

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Products

We sell electrical appliances intended for domestic use. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but slight variations may occur.

All appliances are supplied with a UK plug and are designed for use with UK voltage unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods.

We accept payment by major credit/debit cards and any other methods shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the items are delivered to your address.

7. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing within this period. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days if the product is faulty
  • A repair or replacement after 30 days, where appropriate

We may request photos or ask for the item to be returned for inspection.

9. Warranty

Our electrical appliances come with a manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product page.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. It does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
10. Returns Process

To start a return, contact us at customercare@myohm.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is faulty or damaged

We will provide return instructions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of income, business, or profits
  • Damage caused by misuse of the product

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the price paid for the product.

12. Electrical Safety

All appliances comply with relevant UK safety regulations.
Products must be used according to the supplied instructions.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Use with incompatible power supplies
  • Failure to follow instructions
13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Conditions of Sale at any time. The version in place at the time of your order will apply.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Any Terms and Conditions do not remove any rights as published under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
