OHM Cosmo / Lunar Vacuum Cleaner Safety and Maintenance Guidelines
Important Safety Guidelines
To ensure the longevity of the vacuum cleaner and your personal safety, please adhere to the following:
- Read the instruction manual carefully before using the product.
- Usage Environment: Use only in dry locations; do not use on wet surfaces or expose the vacuum cleaner to rain, snow, or moisture.
- Prohibited Items: Do not use the vacuum cleaner to pick up hard/sharp objects (for example glass, nails), liquids, matches, or hazardous materials like kerosene or soot.
- Battery Care:
- Avoid charging or storing the vacuum cleaner in extreme temperatures. The recommended storage range is 18°C to 28°C.
- If stored for a long time, the battery must be recharged and used at least every three months.
- Physical Safety: Keep hair, loose clothing, and body parts away from moving parts and openings. Do not point the telescopic tube or accessories at eyes or ears.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Regular maintenance prevents weak suction and extends the life of the motor.
1. Dust Cup & Filters
- Emptying: Use the Dust Cup Slider to empty the cup regularly. Empty it immediately if the “Dust Cup full” indicator appears.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the filters, please refer to the instruction manual for directions. If you wash the roller or cyclone filter, allow them to dry in natural light for 24 hours before re-installing.
2. Floor Brush & Obstructions
- Blockages: If the “Floor brush blocked” indicator lights up, remove the roller and clear any trapped debris or foreign matter from the floor brush.
- Telescopic Rod: Regularly check the rod for clogs if you notice weak suction.
3. General Care
- Only use accessories and replacement parts recommended by OHM Group Limited to maintain warranty coverage.
- Clean the Rear Filter Component as instructed in the manual.
