Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Introduction
At OHM Group Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and how to return items purchased from our website.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. Change of Mind Returns (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
